This is the logo I created for my old graphic design website and company name “GetYourGraphics.com”. I still like the design, so I thought I would showcase it here in my portfolio. I think the design works for a few reasons. I wanted something bold and not too elegant, and I think it achieves that. Like any good logo design, it looks good in black and white, and is still distinguishable in smaller sizes. What I liked most is the perfect horizontal symmetry.

Since I’m no longer using the “GetYourGraphics.com” site for my personal web page, I’m considering using the domain name for a graphic downloads and resource site. This logo may be good for a second run as well.
